1) Loan Application - To apply for a loan you will need to submit information about your personal finances and the property you wish to refinance or purchase. Within 24-48 hours of receiving all the required documentation, one of our Mortgage Professionals will contact you with your Pre-Approval.

a) If doing a Refinance - Your file will now move into processing.

b) If doing a Purchase - Your realtor will start presenting offers on your behalf, once you have an accepted offer and a closing date your file will move into processing.

2) Processing - Our MAR Financial processing team will organize all documentation and submit your application for underwriting. They will make sure to review your income, assets, credit reports, payment history, and troubleshoot any potential issues that may come up during the underwriting process.

3) Underwriting - Once your loan is submitted by the MAR Financial processing team, an underwriter will carefully evaluate your loan application, supporting documentation, property appraisal and other legal documents that pertain to the property being financed. Once the underwriter assesses the risk of the loan, he/she may request for additional documents before the loan is given the official Final Approval.

4) Funding - Once all the underwriter's conditions have been collected and satisfied, MAR Financial will coordinate the closing of your mortgage with the escrow and title company. Congratulations your loan has funded!
