Cedar Fort Utah is a small community in NW Utah County and is a safe and friendly town with mountain views as it sets on the west side of Cedar Valley. Looking down into the valley, there is Eagle Mountain to the east, and Fairfield to the South. The Valley is mostly open fields with hay and other crops popping up here and there. Come take a look. The home sits on 1/2 acre with mature fruit trees. Grass grows on 1/2 of the lot with an automatic sprinkler system to water it.
